Met with Peter and Ann at site with JB Clancy. Scott Horgan

Went over layout of sitting area in kitchen. Determined that we were going to make the pantry larger by installing the cabinet that protrudes into the sitting area and installing pull out shelving in the other area behind the TV. The wall housing the arched beams will be reduced in span by approximately 18 inches.
The ceiling in this area will be coffered with the highest point being directly below the floor joists above. This will allow us to run plumbing from the laundry sink where it needs to go.

We laid out the dining room doors where they need to go and confirm that it was correct. JB will update the plans accordingly.

We determined that there will be a soffit above the cabinets over the cooking range to enclose the event to the exterior.

JB will update the plans as to details for the beams and perimeter being in the kitchen.

We talked about the possibility of installing us a Waterfill for the dog bowl. Just need to determine where that location would be.

Went over the layout for the kitchen and master bath scenario version 2 was the one that we will be pricing out. This will extend the kitchen into the existing utility space and relocate the kitchen entry door to the other side of the fireplace. The bathroom will house both the laundry and a shower no tub is included.
